Inquiry & Verification
- Check the seller’s rating and distance.
- Initiate direct contact via the WhatsApp button.
- Request real-time photos of the actual part.
- Cross-verify the part number with the dealer.
Transaction & Escrow
- Confirm the final price including delivery fees.
- Initiate secure payment via MTN Mobile Money.
- Keep transaction screenshots for buyer protection.
- Inspect the part physically before final sign-off.
Support & Feedback
- Rate the seller and part quality.
- Report missing, incorrect, or defective parts.
- Contact walk-in customer support if defrauded.

Purpose: To help buyers accurately locate the exact part they need, minimizing costly returns and wrong-part deliveries.
Action Steps:

2. Require the buyer to request a live, unstaged photo or video of the component to verify its current condition (especially for used parts like engines or suspension assemblies).
3. Confirm whether the seller provides a fitment guarantee or a short-term warranty (e.g., 7-day testing warranty).

Purpose: Securing the buyer’s funds and protecting them against online escrow scams or fraudulent listings.
Action Steps:
1. Process the payment natively using the integrated mobile money terminal (such as MTN Mobile Money).
2. Crucial Safety Step: For local pickups, advise the buyer to send the payment only after they arrive at the dealer’s shop and visually inspect the part.
3. For long-distance regional shipping (e.g., shipping a component between cities), ensure the buyer uses the platform’s verified delivery channel to track the package transit status.
